preparation :
1-2 sheets of kim for kimbop roll, which is dried seaweed.
Hetbahn, the ready cooked rice.
salt, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame, soy sauce, yellow mustard.
Carrot, cucumber, egg, spinach, fish cake, crab meat, and so on.
cut a sheet of seaweed into 4 pieces with scissors and store it separately in a dry place so that it does not get wet.
slice various vegetables long and thinly into 8~9cm lengths. At this time, the vegetables can be lightly fried in oil and seasoned with a little salt, or you can use them raw.
※ It is totally up to your taste. for example, uncooked cucumber gives better taste. for carrots, lightly frying in oil is beneficial in terms of nutrition.
blanch spinach in boiling water for about 20-30 seconds, rinse in cold water, drain, and season with salt and sesame oil.
fry the eggs, seasoned with a little salt, into an omelette shape, then cool them and shred them while they are cold.
cut the crab meat and fish cakes into equal lengths and fry them in a frying pan and season with soy sauce and grain glucose.
after all ingredients are prepared, now, warm up the Hetbahn in the microwave or boiling water according to the instruction manual.
take the cover of the Hetbahn off and put the rice in a bowl.
while the rice is still warm, add a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon vinegar, and 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil and mix well. ※ Many people also add sugar. You can add a little sugar if you like. But I don't add sugar.
spread about 1 spoonful of rice on a piece of dried seaweed, divided into quarters, put the prepared ingredients on top, and roll it up and enjoy.
if it is bland, add a little bit of mustard you have at home to a spoonful of soy sauce and dip it in the sauce just before you bite. ※ If you like wasabi, you can use wasabi instead of mustard.
