Corona and primary immunity
Not long ago, I was able to hear an explanation from a Korean doctor about corona and immunity. Many people have different opinions about the efficacy of vaccines. I am not a doctor and I am not an immunologist. However, based on the news reports and the opinions of most experts, no one can deny that people with weakened immunity are more easily exposed to Corona. There are two types of immunity: primary immunity and secondary immunity. It is said that the primary immunity is the body's autoimmunity, and the vaccine does not respond to the primary immunity, but helps the secondary immunity. And the corona virus has a strong influence in the early stages of infection. When exposed to the virus, the first autoimmunity, the primary immunity, first forms a shield for our body, so how well the primary immunity fights is very important in Corona virus. In other words, it would be better to understand the secondary immunity formed by the vaccine as a support group or support shooting group. This fact suggests how important each individual's autoimmunity is. I recently encountered cases of corona infection even though they had received up to 3 doses of the vaccine. Even if vaccinated, people with low autoimmunity can contract the corona virus. Then, I came to the conclusion that in order to safely defend us from Corona or various mutated viruses, we need to make efforts to develop our body's autoimmunity, rather than relying solely on vaccines.
Many people call for human rights in their words, but in reality, seeing how much interest modern women and men are taking to shape their bodies, it often raises questions about what human rights are. Of course, I am not talking about human rights. This is because we cannot get rid of the idea that excessive weight management is adversely affecting our healthy eating habits and our body's autoimmune system due to the superstition of appearance. Why do women need to be pretty and slim? Why do men need to be muscular? Of course, not everyone is like that. However, it is not true that there are many people who are anxious about losing weight, saying that appearance is not important! I come to think that the abuse of a lot of fast food and the excessive diet of modern people may be the cause of this immunity. Everyone knows that obesity is bad for health. However, it is true that being underweight is quite dangerous. There is a flood of various opinions and information about health in a lot of modern information. And modern people's high interest in health makes them a good target for business people. It is also true that the top 100 super foods were released and many people's attention was focused on super foods. But in fact, superfoods are only recommended foods due to their high nutritional value, but you can't just eat them every day. I am neither a professional nutritionist nor a medical professional. However, in college, I acquired basic knowledge such as nutrition and culinary science. And I have read various books on health and food, and have been paying attention to various health food-related programs for a long time. And the conclusion I came to was that there is no perfect superfood in the world, and what scholars preach on TV or in books is just the result of their own research, so each person's emphasis is different. but most of them say something in common that a balanced diet is the most important thing. Also, their recommendations that should not be missed in all health-related books were adequate sleep, regular life, and a healthy diet. It's common knowledge everyone knows. Also, few people know that a healthy diet is a balanced diet that contains healthy food and five nutrients. In other words, people need to sleep well, eat well, and be active on a regular basis. People have been aware of these facts for a long time, even if nutritionists and doctors don't have to tell them in research papers. I am not talking about people suffering from any particular disease. They are, of course, those who need special prescriptions or advice from a doctor or nutritionist. However, in the ordinary case, no one would be unaware of the importance of a balanced diet that includes an even intake of five nutrients. No one knows how healthy it is to get enough sleep, enough water, a balanced diet, light exercise and a regular lifestyle. In general, though not always, being healthy will mean that your immune system is healthy. This means that even if we follow the basics we know in our daily lives, it can help our body's autoimmunity. So please, Please don't swap or trade your weight for your health and immunity. I'm not talking about being very obese. If you are overweight, of course you will need a diet for losing your weight. But just because you're a little chubby, I'm asking you not to sacrifice your health and immunity in favor of a more voluptuous body. What is beautiful when you lose weight and die? There is a saying in Korea that a well-fed corpse has a beautiful color. For your immunity, please eat well, you know that eating well doesn't mean eating a lot of anything. Please do not eat much fast food or instant food, and take care of your health and immunity at the same time through a balanced diet with healthy food.
Ginger and garlic are known to be good foods to boost immunity. But, can't we just eat ginger and garlic? There is a story in a Korean folktale that a bear who ate only garlic for 100 days became a human. You probably don't want to be that bear either. Again, no matter how healthy a superfood is, eating it alone is meaningless. Any superfood in the world will benefit from a balanced diet. Of course, this is my personal opinion, but no one will know that this is a very common sense story. Again, please. Take care of your health and immunity in advance with a balanced diet, sufficient sleep and regular light exercise, so please strengthen your primary immunity from the virus from Corona.
