preparation :
- 5 fresh shrimps
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/4 pear
- dressing : soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, vinegar, salt, honey
food note Shrimp is a food rich in minerals and essential amino acids. The chitosan component in shrimp helps to normalize cholesterol levels, and taurine in shrimp is said to be good for fatigue recovery. Shrimp cold dishes served with cucumber and pear is a dish I would recommend as an appetizer.
How to cook
- After cleaning the shrimp, boil them in boiling water, drain them, and wash them in cold water to cool.
Cucumber and pear thinly sliced.
Make dressing by mixing 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon vinegar, a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon honey, and a little minced garlic.
Place boiled shrimp on top of sliced cucumbers and pears and sprinkle with dressing.
tip If you like, you can add a little mustard to the soy sauce.
