Sweet and sour pork : Delicious pork dish that anyone can cook

 preparation :  

  1. 200g of pork meat is prepared with lean meat removed and seasoned.
  2. Cut 1/4 cucumber into 0.5cm thick slices.
  3. Cut 1/4 apple into 0.5cm thick slices.
  4. 1/4 onion cut in half
  5. After purchasing canned pineapple slices, cut 2 pineapple slices into quarters.
  6. Cut 1/4 carrot into 0.5cm thick slices.
  7. Sauce Ingredients: Soy Sauce, Sugar or Honey, Pineapple Juice, Vinegar, Starch Powder, Salt, Pepper

 


How to cook 

  1. Cut the lean meat of pork into 7cm long and 1cm wide, season with white wine and salt and pepper.
  2. Beat the egg in the starch, add a pinch of salt, and knead it, then add the pork and coat it with a tempura coat.
  3. Fry the coated pork twice in oil heated to 170°C, then drain the oil.
       making the sauce
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat, add all the sparsely chopped vegetables and stir-fry, then pour 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
  2. While the vegetables are boiling, mix 1 tablespoon of starch powder with 3 tablespoons of water to make starch water.
  3. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/3 can of canned pineapple broth, a pinch of salt, and a little black pepper powder to taste, then add 1-2 tablespoons of prepared starch water to adjust the concentration.
  4. You can pour the sauce on top of the fried pork, or you can serve the fried pork and the sauce separately, depending on your taste.
