preparation :

How to cook
- Cut the lean meat of pork into 7cm long and 1cm wide, season with white wine and salt and pepper.
- Beat the egg in the starch, add a pinch of salt, and knead it, then add the pork and coat it with a tempura coat.
- Fry the coated pork twice in oil heated to 170°C, then drain the oil.
making the sauce
- Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat, add all the sparsely chopped vegetables and stir-fry, then pour 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
- While the vegetables are boiling, mix 1 tablespoon of starch powder with 3 tablespoons of water to make starch water.
- Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/3 can of canned pineapple broth, a pinch of salt, and a little black pepper powder to taste, then add 1-2 tablespoons of prepared starch water to adjust the concentration.
- You can pour the sauce on top of the fried pork, or you can serve the fried pork and the sauce separately, depending on your taste.
