Keeping continue from the Eating habits 1
This is about my eating habits and recipes are.
My story will be a common-sense story that everyone knows.
But that is the point I want to make.
I would like to say, “If you follow common sense you know, a healthy diet is already half successful.”
I hope it helps you.
- I don't really like steamed or grilled fish, except for salmon. I prefer to eat it with sushi, fish cakes, or sashimi. However, I like to eat grilled eel. I don't think it's necessary to eat a variety of fish. I think it's more beneficial to eat your favorite fish more often. I prefer eating should be enjoyable.
- Seaweed is a truly healthy food. There are various kinds of seaweed in Korea, and it is one of the foods that Koreans enjoy. But I don't really enjoy seaweed other than "Gim" which is a kind of seaweed. But I eat Gim steadily. It is a protein-rich food. Usually used for gimbap, California rolls, sushi, etc. On my blog, I would like to introduce Little Gimbap.
- Me and my children never drink soft drinks for water at home. We drink soft drinks like Coke only when we eat hamburgers and pizza. The important thing here is that we don't eat hamburgers or pizza every day. We eat a hamburger or pizza about once a month. For other food and beverages, I mix fresh fruit juice or homemade fruit juice with water and drink ice cold. In other words, we don't drink fruit juice from the market at home. I think the amount of soft drinks that children drink in a place other than home is enough.
- My children tend to eat much more than other children. But they aren't fat. My step son suffered from atopy and tics when he was young. Even taking medication didn't work. I found out that when the mother of my step son was pregnant, she ate a lot of junk food. I thought it could be the cause. So I let him eat as much as he wanted, but he only made his home-cooked food. All the cookies, bread and all foods for him were cooked by myself. And within 6 months, the tics of him disappeared, and he was also free from atopy.
- I don't know much about American sandwiches, but I think European sandwiches and Greek subulaki are simple but really healthy foods that have both taste and nutrition. So, it is a food that I and my family often eat. European-style sandwiches use almost no mayonnaise, and I think it's good that you can feel the original taste of the ingredients. If Europe has sandwiches, Korea has kimbap. California roll is a type of gimbap, which was developed by Koreans living in the United States. The mayonnaise is very tasty. But what about calories? With the popularity of California rolls, more and more restaurants in Korea use mayonnaise for their gimbap. But gimbap itself is a very tasty Korean sandwich.
- I eat 3 meals a day. Always eat a certain amount at every meal. I don't eat until I am full and don't overeat
- I do not eat much carbohydrates, but rather protein and vegetables, and I fill 1/3 of the stomach with fruits before eating and the other 2/3 with staple food.. I often eat small amounts of food rather than eating a lot all at once.
- As a snack, instead of snacks, I eat cornflakes with nuts or dried fruit in milk or Greek yogurt with honey.
- I don't eat beer and fried chicken at the same time.
- I always try to keep my body temperature constant.. I make my own vinegar from most of the fruit peels and use it in cooking.
- When I feel tired, I drink lemon tea, and to help metabolism, I brew ginger tea or eat red ginseng.
- I do not eat vegetable butter.
- I eat almost every meal with soup.
- I compose a meal plan considering the harmony between cold and warm food. For example, pork is a cold food, so it is served with warm vegetables such as garlic or chives. People with a lot of heat go well with pork, and those with a cold body go well with warm meat such as beef or chicken.
- I like to eat soybean paste stew, which is good for blood health.
